Hikikomori sounds very appealing to me.
from Wiki:
Hikikomori (ひきこもり or 引き籠もり Hikikomori, lit. "pulling away, being confined", i.e., "acute social withdrawal") is a Japanese term to refer to the phenomenon of reclusive individuals who have chosen to withdraw from social life, often seeking extreme degrees of isolation and confinement because of various personal and social factors in their lives. The term hikikomori refers to both the sociological phenomenon in general as well as to individuals belonging to this societal group.

:D i guess...
Don't let the art geek status fool you, like many of my senior friends, I am freaking out (a little... a lot) over applying to colleges.
*insert college rant here*
Basically, I feel like a teenage boy facing the HOLY SHIT IS MY PENIS BIG ENOUGH question. ITS ADEQUATE! never mind the sex change...
On the plus side, I now have a date to meet with JP (aka best teacher ever! minus all the other teachers that I've had) in two weeks to work on my portfolio.
I had a good drawing day today :D I had been having a string of crap drawing days and I was freaking out. self esteem and all that teenage bull shit. note to self: take sergio's class. draw more.
will post portfolio stuff as soon as I'm done loading it onto flickr. In the mean time, do you believe in a thing called love?

Like many teenagers, I have an irrational fear of my parents. Its not like i have a horrible relationship with my parents. the closest thing i get to arguing with them is over cleaning my room. Still, i find myself afraid to talk to them about anything, even if its just to say that im going out ( i always tell them things really last minute). And right now its the irrational fear to tell them that no i dont want to apply to schools and that i really just want to go to a junior college first.
i kinda mentioned it today. sort of.
